Returns Policy

  • All Phones come with 30 days return. Please ensure that the the phone is checked and returned within this time frame to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
  • If the product is not received in its original condition by us, we will be unable to refund it.
  • Please take extra care to package the items carefully to avoid them being broken in transit as we can only refund items in an unbroken and sealable condition.
  • Please email us through your purchased item in order to help us respond to you promptly.
  • Refunds are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the item back.


  • After 30 days you will only be covered under our 1 year return to base warranty for manufacturing defects only. Accidental and water damage are not covered.
  • What to do if there is a problem- We are always here to help. Please email us and we will endeavour to assist.
